You must be working as a communicator in the UK civil service to become a member of the Government Communication Network.
If you are working in the UK Civil Service, you can register to view and receive email alerts for job vacancies. You will not have access to some of the networking areas of the site which are only available to government communicators.
If you work for a non-departmental government body (NDPB) you can also become a member of GCN or register as a civil servant.

E-mail address: You must supply a valid civil service email address which can access to receive email. You will be sent an email to this address for account verification. It will also become your username.
You can also add a second email address to which we can also send any job alerts or further communications. This is optional.

Choose the disciplines, grades, regions and job options for which you would like to receive email alerts.
Enter a password that you will use to login to the GCN website. Your password must be seven or more characters and should include a number, an upper-case letter and a lowercase letter.
